  1. Services provided by Lor-Don Limited, and Lor-Don Limited – Electrical Division.

  3. Lor-Don Limited is registered and incorporated in the Province of Ontario.
  4. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited – Electrical Division offer industrial, commercial and residential electrical services provided by qualified electricians permitted to work in the Province of Ontario.
  5. All goods will be delivered and installed by Lor-Don Limited and/or Lor-Don Limited – Electrical Division.
  6. Sales and services are only available in the Province of Ontario. Export is not permitted.
  7. All sales are final, and sales are complete upon the completion of the scope of work. 
  8. All sales will be conducted in Canadian Dollars. 
  9. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited – Electrical Division are committed to protecting your data. Information collected may be stored internally for the purpose of audit and as a record of sale. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited – Electrical Division will not share or sell any customer information to any other party. 
  10. The security capabilities of the transaction on the website can be found on the payment processors website.
  11. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited – Electrical Division accept online payment by Visa and MasterCard. 
  12. Work will be warrantied for a period of 30 days for component failure, and installation work will be warrantied for 60 days.
  13. All charges for equipment and labour will be detailed in the Lor-Don Limited and/or Lor-Don Limited invoice and will include applicable taxes, freight, or other charges.
  14. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited – Electrical Division accept online payment by Visa and MasterCard. Payment is due within 5 days of the date of the invoice to avoid interest penalties. All equipment remains the property of Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited – Electrical Division until paid in full 
  15. Goods will be delivered and/or installed prior to a final invoice being produced. 
  16. No recurring transactions will occur.
