    4. Lor-Don Limited is registered and incorporated in the Province of Ontario.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited \u2013 Electrical Division offer industrial, commercial and residential electrical services provided by qualified electricians permitted to work in the Province of Ontario.<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. All goods will be delivered and installed by Lor-Don Limited and\/or Lor-Don Limited \u2013 Electrical Division.<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Sales and services are only available in the Province of Ontario. Export is not permitted.<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. All sales are final, and sales are complete upon the completion of the scope of work.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. All sales will be conducted in Canadian Dollars.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    10. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited \u2013 Electrical Division are committed to protecting your data. Information collected may be stored internally for the purpose of audit and as a record of sale. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited \u2013 Electrical Division will not share or sell any customer information to any other party.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. The security capabilities of the transaction on the website can be found on the payment processors website.<\/span><\/li>\n
    12. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited \u2013 Electrical Division accept online payment by Visa and MasterCard.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    13. Work will be warrantied for a period of 30 days for component failure, and installation work will be warrantied for 60 days.<\/span><\/li>\n
    14. All charges for equipment and labour will be detailed in the Lor-Don Limited and\/or Lor-Don Limited invoice and will include applicable taxes, freight, or other charges.<\/span><\/li>\n
    15. Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited \u2013 Electrical Division accept online payment by Visa and MasterCard. Payment is due within 5 days of the date of the invoice to avoid interest penalties. All equipment remains the property of Lor-Don Limited and Lor-Don Limited \u2013 Electrical Division until paid in full\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    16. Goods will be delivered and\/or installed prior to a final invoice being produced.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    17.
